We have specialized in packaging North Sea fish for resale in Denmark and Europe for years. We pack and deliver turbot, sole, brill, cod, plaice, lemon sole, red snapper, halibut, crab claws, etc.
We buy fish from fish auctions in Denmark. In addition, we sell live lobsters, oysters from the Wadden Sea and other shellfish.
We pack fresh fish for export and resale throughout Europe.
We deliver fresh fish to Padborg, Frederikshavn, Hanstholm and Copenhagen every day.
Our fillets originate almost exclusively from our own production and are hand filleted. We produce kitchen finished fillets of flat fish and round fish for various restaurants and for our own fish shop.
This means that we are flexible in production and have qualified and experienced staff who can perform special orders on request.
We send fresh fish to Padborg, Frederikshavn, Hanstholm and Copenhagen on refrigerated trucks every day.
We have the necessary approval to deliver fish with normal trucks in Denmark, except to islands without bridge access.
